To Order:
- Go to the Home page
- Select Gifts for Girls or Gifts for Boys
- Click on the pictures to see which edition you prefer (Artist or Cartoon)
- Click the buttons to choose your frame option
- When you've made your choice click “Order this Edition ….”
- Then complete the Order Form. We need one Order Form per delivery address.

Here's what happens when you choose your preferred method:
Buying Online
- Place your order by completing our on-line Order Form
- Click on the Buy online link which takes you to the secure PayPal site.
- Pay by debit or credit card using PayPal's secure payment system.
- You will receive a confirmation from PayPal detailing your order. You may print this out for your records.
- You will be re-directed to a specific Thank You page on our site after the order has been submitted. Please print out this page for your records.
By Post
- Place your order by completing our on-screen Order Form.
- Click on the By post link and print-out two copies of the window which appears on your screen.
- Keep one copy of your order for your records, and send one copy, together with your cheque (made payable to Memory Studio), to:

By Telephone
Method 1
- Place your order by completing our Order Form on your computer screen
- Click on the By telephone link and print a copy of the window which appears on your screen.
- Phone us on 01252 738920 to place your order. We will help and advise you with your order.
- We will ask you to send us a cheque (made payable to Memory Studio) to:

Method 2
- If you'd rather talk your order through, we'd love to hear from you on 01252 738920. You are most welcome to phone any time between 9.00am and 5.00pm U.K. time, Mondays to Fridays.
- We can take your order over the phone, calculate the costs and ask you to send us the total payment.
Whichever telephone method , you choose, we will process and despatch your order, with a receipt as soon as possible, allowing 5 working days to clear your cheque. We will always do our best to meet urgent orders.
What Happens When We Receive Your Order
- Your order is processed and we will contact you if we need to confirm any details.
- The artwork is personalised, and mounted, or mounted and framed (according to your requirements). Your free copy is personalised and laminated.
- We gift-wrap your LifeTime Rhymes if required, pack in protective materials and despatch.
- Your items will be despatched within 21 days of our receiving your order. However, we usually despatch within a very few days (but allow five working days to clear cheques if you pay by this method).
- Our main carrier is Royal Mail and they deliver within 3 to 5 working days. If you are not at home when they try to deliver, they will leave a card asking you to give a new delivery time or telling you where the parcel can be collected.
- When you place your order, you may like to choose a neighbour's or friend's address for delivery if this is more convenient.
Delivery Times

Delivery Address
Your order can be delivered to your own U.K. mainland address or another U.K. mainland address.
